Job Title: Assembly Associate
Location: Yorba Linda
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: DOE

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Assembly Associate to support production operations within a manufacturing environment. This position will be responsible for assembling parts and components while maintaining quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical and/or electronic components according to work instructions and blueprints
• Use hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments
• Inspect assembled parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow production schedules and maintain efficiency throughout the shift
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Report defects, material shortages, or production issues to supervisors
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and other production support duties as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Basic blueprint or work instruction reading experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Candidate should be dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Overtime may be required depending on production needs
