Express Employment Professionals of Centennial is partnered with a well-established manufacturing and distribution client in Centennial, CO to find an Aftermarket Parts Specialist. This role is the primary point of contact for HVAC trade customers needing parts, equipment, and support. The ideal candidate enjoys customer service, is detail-oriented, and is comfortable working in a warehouse and office/counter-sales environment.

 

Job Highlights:

• Assist HVAC customers in person and by phone with parts and equipment needs
• Identify, select, and recommend correct replacement parts and solutions
• Receive, inspect, and inventory parts using ERP software
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and counter area
• Support service technicians with parts orders and work orders
• Build strong customer relationships through knowledgeable, friendly service

What We Look For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 2+ consecutive years of parts counter or related experience required

• Experience in HVAC or boiler parts preferred, but backgrounds in automotive, RV, marine, trailer, heavy machinery, or equipment parts will also be considered

• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and work in a warehouse or shop environment (forklift experience a plus)

• Valid driver’s license

• Comfortable using computer systems and inventory software (Excel experience a plus)

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen
