Material Handler

Located in Caddo Mills, TX

Salary: $19/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Material Handler position for a local Caddo Mills, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Move raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods between warehouse, production, and shipping areas
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
• Stage materials at production lines according to schedules and work orders
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, or hand trucks as required
• Verify materials against paperwork including pick lists, bills of lading, and production orders
• Label, scan, and track materials using inventory or warehouse management systems
• Perform basic inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
• Maintain accurate inventory records while supporting production operations
• Follow safety and quality standards throughout all warehouse and production activities

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling role preferred
• Forklift or powered industrial truck certification, or ability to obtain certification
• Experience with inventory systems, scanners, or ERP/WMS software
• Knowledge of warehouse and workplace safety practices
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic paperwork
• Basic math skills for counting and verification
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment
