Job Title: Project Manager – Flooring / Concrete Construction

Location: Anaheim, CA

Position Overview:
Flooring contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in concrete, flooring, construction, and polishing machinery. This individual will oversee flooring and concrete-related projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial and/or residential flooring and concrete projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, schedules, materials, and equipment
• Oversee concrete polishing, surface preparation, and flooring installation operations
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of polishing machinery and construction equipment
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Communicate with clients, vendors, field teams, and management regarding timelines and project updates
• Review project specifications, plans, and job requirements
• Troubleshoot field issues and provide timely solutions
• Assist with estimating, project planning, and operational coordination as needed

Requirements:

• Prior Project Management experience within flooring, concrete, or construction industries required
• Experience with concrete polishing equipment/machinery strongly preferred
• Knowledge of flooring systems, surface prep, coatings, polishing, and construction site operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficient with scheduling, coordination, and client communication
• Valid driver’s license required
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

• Candidate should be hands-on and comfortable visiting job sites regularly
• Small company environment; flexibility and willingness to assist in multiple areas is important
• Looking for someone reliable, organized, and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities
