Job Title: Warehouse Lead / Warehouse Associate

Shift: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: DOE
Position Overview:
Small company seeking a hands-on Warehouse Lead/Associate who is comfortable wearing multiple hats throughout the day. This role will involve warehouse duties, moving heavy machinery/equipment, assisting with deliveries as needed, and supporting overall daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Move and organize heavy machinery and equipment safely within the warehouse
- Assist with loading/unloading deliveries and materials
- Support warehouse organization and daily operations
- Make deliveries as needed using company vehicles
- Assist in multiple areas of the business depending on daily needs
- Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the warehouse
- Help track inventory manually (company does not currently use inventory software)
- Work closely with management in a small team environment
Requirements:
- Prior warehouse experience required
- Experience moving heavy equipment/machinery preferred
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Must be flexible, dependable, and willing to assist wherever needed
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude required

- This is a small company environment, so versatility and adaptability are extremely important
- Candidate should be comfortable taking initiative and handling a variety of responsibilities throughout the day
