2nd Shift Maintenance Technician

Located in Edinburgh, IN

Salary: Up to $30/hr

Company Information: A company in Edinburgh, Indiana is hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians to their team! This is a direct hire opportunity!

The Maintenance Technician will:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery and facility systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical (up to 480v), pneumatic, and control system issues
  • Complete welding repairs and mechanical adjustments when needed (primarily MIG)
  • Assist with general facility upkeep, including occasional painting projects
  • Monitor and manage spare parts inventory
  • Travel between Edinburgh and New Castle locations as needed

Maintenance Technician's Pay/Benefits:

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 1pm-9:30pm
• Overtime on weekends as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong electrical knowledge (including 480v and controls)
  • Familiarity with pumps (diaphragm & centrifugal)
  • Plumbing knowledge (PVC, CPVC, steel)
  • Experience with natural gas and convection burners
  • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings
  • Welding experience (MIG preferred)
  • Good communication skills
