Machine Operator – Night Shift

Location: Mississauga, ON

Our client, a reputable manufacturing company in Mississauga, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is reliable, motivated, and passionate about working in a fast-paced production environment.

What’s Offered

$22.00/hour + shift premium
Training on Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Transition to Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 6:30 AM (once trained)
Must be available to work both shifts

Key Responsibilities

Operate and troubleshoot production machinery efficiently
Monitor product output and perform quality checks
Identify defects and ensure products meet quality standards
Support production teams in achieving targets and KPIs
Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience operating, setting up, and maintaining machinery
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to train on day shift (minimum 1 month) and transition to nights
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Reliable and safety-conscious
