Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality MIG & TIG welds on stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel
• Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols with accuracy
• Set up and fine-tune equipment for optimal weld performance (gas, voltage, amperage)
• Prepare materials through precision cutting, grinding, and surface cleaning
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet strict quality and specification standards
• Perform repairs and rework to maintain top-tier results
• Keep a clean, organized, and safety-first workspace
• Collaborate with a skilled team of fabricators, machinists, and supervisors
• Follow all safety protocols and consistently use proper PPE

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of MIG and TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Ability to weld thin gauge materials (especially for TIG) with precision
• Strong understanding of welding techniques, metallurgy, and heat control
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures)
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or custom fabrication
