Principal Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on mobile equipment including:
• Bobcat skid steers
• Bobcat excavators
• Volvo wheel loaders
• Forklifts
• Sweeping equipment
• Material handlers
• Diagnose mechanical and equipment issues accurately and efficiently
• Obtain parts and technical information needed to complete repairs
• Maintain adequate and accurate parts inventory
• Complete repairs correctly and in a timely manner
• Read and interpret technical manuals and service documentation
• Use appropriate testing and diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting
• Complete work orders, timecards, and documentation accurately using a tablet or computer
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas
• Communicate effectively with production, management, customers, and team members
• Protect confidential company information and maintain professionalism

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (technical school preferred)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Previous mobile equipment mechanic experience preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of mechanical repair experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
• Proficiency with tablets, computers, and digital work order systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Compensation: $25–$30/hr (Based on Experience, Benefit Package Available)
