Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local company to fill a Full Charge Bookkeeper position in Olympia. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong accounting experience who enjoys managing full-cycle bookkeeping responsibilities in a professional office environment.

 

This role will have a strong focus on corporate tax filings, financial accuracy, and maintaining organized accounting systems using QuickBooks Desktop. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential. Compensation is $27-$30/hr depending on experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing full-cycle bookkeeping functions
• Preparing and assisting with corporate tax filings
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Bank and account reconciliations
• General ledger maintenance and journal entries
• Payroll processing and payroll reporting
• Preparing financial reports and supporting documentation
• Maintaining accurate records within QuickBooks Desktop
• Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting processes

What You Bring:

• Previous full charge bookkeeping experience
• Strong experience using QuickBooks Desktop
• Experience with corporate tax filings and related accounting processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Professional communication skills
• Comfortable handling confidential financial information
