P/T - Voter Registration Clerk (Citrus County)

• Location: Crystal River area
• Citrus County residents ONLY
• Payrate: $16.00/hr
• Schedule: Part Time M-F 9:30am-4pm (30 min lunch break)
  (During Election primary would need to be flexible to come in earlier and stay later as well as work weekends)
• Term: (June 22, 2026-Nov 2026)

*(During certain parts of the year would need to work more or less hours including weekends - The weeks that would need you to be available full time or more (including night and weekend hours) would be the weeks of the 3rd, 10th, and 17th in August, the weeks of the 19th and 26th in October, and the week of the 2nd in November. However, flexible availability in general is a huge for us. We strive to provide a schedule for the temporary front counter staff as far in advance as possible, but with the nature of elections there will be times when things pop up that we didn't anticipate and we will need "all hands on deck".)*

Local company in Citrus County needs some extra help with their Voter Registration Clerk position for 2026! This is a contract position that starts in June-November for the elections. Position will require you to answer phones, greet voters, data entry, good computer skills, stuff envelopes, photocopy ids and help with any questions or other office duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must live in Citrus County 
• Must be computer savvy - they will train but must know how to use and navigate through search engines.
• Must be able to pass drug test/background checks.
• Must have excellent customer service skills on the phone and in person.
