Location: Wilkes-Barre, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: Competitive; based on experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable MIG/Stick Welder to join a growing team in the Wilkes-Barre area. This position involves fabricating and repairing metal components and equipment in a shop environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and stick welding on a variety of metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair equipment and structural components
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

• Prior experience with MIG and stick welding required
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
