Location: Mount Pleasant, PA
Pay: Starting at $40,000/year
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Position:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Representative Payee Specialist to support individuals with financial management and recordkeeping services in the Mount Pleasant area. This position plays an important role in assisting clients with budgeting, account management, and maintaining accurate financial records in compliance with agency and government requirements.

Responsibilities of the Representative Payee Specialist:

• Reconcile individual bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare checks and payments for monthly expenses
• Complete required forms and documentation for government agencies
• Maintain financial ledgers and client account records
• Assist with establishing and maintaining reserve accounts
• Review and audit petty cash records and supporting documentation
• Organize and maintain confidential client files
• Ensure compliance with agency procedures and licensing requirements

Requirements of the Representative Payee Specialist:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous office, bookkeeping, accounting, or financial support experience preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Child Abuse Clearance required
