Salary: $22 - $34.00 an hr DOE
Seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support local Albuquerque team. This role combines responsibilities across human resources, payroll, administrative support, marketing, and accounting.
Job Duties:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and project teams
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate job site logistics
Prepare and maintain project documentation, contracts, and reports
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Serve as a point of contact for internal staff, subcontractors, and vendors
Physical Requirements:
Requirements
Experience in administrative, HR, or operations roles (construction industry preferred)
Experience processing payroll and understanding of timekeeping systems
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts payable, and job costing
Familiarity with marketing tools and social media platforms
