Salary: $19.00-$22.00

Our client is a local manufacturer in Rockford and is seeking a dependable Multi-Machine Operator to join their team. This position involves operating and learning multiple types of metalworking equipment including brake press, punch press, threading, and forming machines. 1st Shift M-TH 7am-3:30pm, F 6am-2:30pm, $19-22/hr.

 

Responsibilities:

• Operate brake press, punch press, threading, and forming equipment
• Read and follow work instructions and production requirements
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Assist with general production duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude required
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• We are willing to train the right candidate on all machines
