Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled and reliable Belly Dump / Side Dump Driver to join our team. This role requires an experienced driver with a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, a solid work ethic, and the ability to operate heavy equipment responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate belly dump and/or side dump trucks to transport materials to and from job sites
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment is in safe operating condition
• Comply with all federal, state, and local driving regulations and company safety policies
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and documentation as required
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and team members
• Ensure timely and dependable delivery of materials
• Report any vehicle issues, safety concerns, or incidents immediately

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating belly dump and/or side dump trucks
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Clean driving record required
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and transportation regulations
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate dependability
• Strong work ethic with punctual attendance

Preferred Skills

• Experience in construction or material hauling environments
• Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment troubleshooting
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and job site conditions
