General Labor - Residential Fences and Decks

Our client, a leading Deck and Fence installation company in Noblesville, IN, is looking for dedicated individuals to join their growing team. 

 

Location: Noblesville, IN

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay: $17/hour

 

What will you do as a General Laborer?

• Assist in the installation of decks and fences
• Follow instructions to ensure installations meet quality standards
• Use hand and power tools to complete tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals

What qualifications will you have as a General Laborer?

• 2 years of construction and/or hardscape experience
• Solid work history
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, and squatting
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
