Powder Coater

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Powder Coater to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing and coating metal parts and products using powder coating equipment and techniques to ensure a high-quality finish.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting parts
• Apply powder coating evenly using spray equipment
• Load and unload parts onto racks or conveyor systems
• Operate curing ovens and monitor bake times/temperatures
• Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects
• Maintain powder coating equipment and work area
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Assist with general shop duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous powder coating, paint, or industrial finishing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work throughout the shift
• Comfortable using hand tools and spray equipment
