This role supports a growing organization by handling a mix of accounting, administrative, and HR-related responsibilities to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Job Highlights:

• Manage data entry, database systems, and digital file organization
• Support accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoicing and collections
• Review and process daily financial transactions
• Assist with HR administrative functions and employee documentation
• Provide general administrative and operational support to leadership
• Contribute to system and process documentation

What We Look For:

• 5+ years of experience in a professional office environment
• Strong background in AR/AP, invoicing, and collections
• Experience with data entry, database management, and recordkeeping
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Strong communication skills with vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management
• Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
