Wash Bay Attendant

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Wash Bay Attendant to join our team. This position is responsible for cleaning and preparing truck beds and equipment for the paint and blast process. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an industrial environment and able to handle physically demanding work.

Responsibilities:

• Power wash truck beds, trailers, and equipment
• Remove dirt, grease, mud, debris, and buildup before paint/blast prep
• Inspect surfaces to ensure proper cleanliness and preparation
• Operate pressure washing and cleaning equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized wash bay area
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Assist with moving materials and general shop duties as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Comfortable working around water, grease, dirt, and cleaning chemicals
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work physically throughout the shift
