Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring a Customer Service Manager in Englewood, CO. This role is responsible for leading a team and ensuring accurate, timely order processing, strong customer communication, and efficient coordination with operations and shipping.

Job Highlights:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer service representatives
• Oversee daily order processing, accuracy, and fulfillment timelines
• Manage customer inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution

What We Look For:

• 3–7+ years of customer service or operations experience
• 1–3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or order fulfillment preferred
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication and leadership ability
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
