We are currently seeking an experienced CPA for a well-established company in the Fort Wayne, IN area. This position offers the opportunity to work in a relaxed, team-oriented environment with strong leadership support and long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex tax returns
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
• Assist with leadership and managerial responsibilities within the tax department
• Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and service

Qualifications:

• CPA certification required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred
• 10+ years of public accounting and tax preparation experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to thrive in a relaxed, team-oriented environment
