Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of our outdoor areas. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for mowing, trimming, landscaping, and general upkeep of lawns, gardens, and common grounds. The ideal candidate enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in keeping areas clean and well-maintained, and works well independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow, edge, and trim lawns and landscaped areas

• Operate lawn equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers

• Remove trash, debris, and fallen branches from grounds and walkways

• Prune trees, bushes, and shrubs to maintain a neat appearance

• Water, fertilize, and maintain plants, flowers, and grass areas

• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition

• Report any repair needs or safety hazards to supervisor

• Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, mulching, or snow removal

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance experience preferred

• Ability to operate lawn and landscaping equipment safely

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Attention to detail and pride in quality work

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent
