Welder / Fabricator (Steel & Aluminum)

• Perform MIG  welding on steel and aluminum components
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal products and structures
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
• Measure, cut, grind, and fit materials to specifications
• Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality standards
• Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, presses, and cutting tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures
• Assist with layout, setup, and finishing of fabricated products
• Work independently or with a team to meet production deadlines

• Proven welding and fabrication experience with steel and aluminum
• Proficiency in MIG welding required; TIG welding optional
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
• Experience using fabrication and metalworking tools
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Welding certifications

• Experience with custom fabrication
• Knowledge of structural welding techniques
• Ability to troubleshoot fit-up and welding issues
• Forklift or shop equipment experience

• Shop and/or field environment
• Exposure to heat, sparks, noise, and heavy equipment
• Use of PPE required at all times
