Pay: $16.00/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM (Some Saturday work)

 

Position Summary 

We are currently hiring a Temporary Manufacturing Floater for a 4-week fabrication manufacturing project. This position will support multiple departments throughout the facility and assist with production, material handling, assembly support, and general shop operations.

 

This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 

Responsibilities

• Assist production teams in various fabrication and manufacturing areas
• Support machine operators, welders, and assemblers as needed
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
• Perform general labor and shop support duties
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Help meet daily and weekly production goals
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to work in an industrial environment
• Strong attendance and reliability required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to learn and work in multiple departments
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required
