We are currently hiring a Warehouse Lead Supervisor. This position is temp to perm and opportunity for full-time hire for the right candidate.

 Job Overview
Warehouse Lead Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, ensuring seamless distribution, inventory control, and team management. This role is vital in maintaining efficient logistics workflows, optimizing warehouse processes, and of materials handling and shipping & receiving. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive warehouse experience, and a passion for process improvement. Must possess good computer skills

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm or longer (until the job is done - MUST BE Flexible).

 Responsibilities
• Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing clear directions, and training of associates.
• Coordinate warehouse distribution processes, including heavy lifting, forklift/reach truck operation.
• Implement process improvements to enhance workflow productivity, safety compliance (OSHA standards), and inventory control accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to OSHA standards and mechanical knowledge requirements for safe materials handling.
• Help associate with packing when needed.

Experience
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Lead within a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.
• Extensive knowledge of warehouse operations including inventory management, distribution processes, shipping & receiving procedures, and materials handling.
• Ability to operate forklifts and reach truck safely.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and process improvement initiatives.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
