Quality Inspector

Located in Irvine, CA

Salary: $22.00/hour

Express Employment Professionals, Irvine is seeking a Quality Inspector for a large electronics firm in the Irvine, CA area. This is a full-time, permanent, evaluation hire career opportunity starting at $22.00/hour. Hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

 

Responsibilities

• Inspect coaxial cables and connectors with microscopes and measuring tools
• Check dimensions and workmanship
• Perform RF and continuity testing
• Run VNA tests for VSWR and return loss
• Complete first article inspections
• Record inspection results and defects
• Monitor builds for quality issues
• Follow IPC and internal quality standards

 

Requirements

• At least one year of electronics or cable assembly experience
• Familiar with coaxial assemblies
• Experience with inspection tools
• IPC-620 or IPC-A-610 knowledge preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• English communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
