Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full-Time

Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a local company seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Front Office Administrative Assistant / Accounting Clerk. This position will assist with daily office operations and support accounting needs, including accounts receivable and deposits.

Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Greet customers, vendors, and visitors professionally
• Maintain filing systems and office records
• Perform data entry and general office duties
• Process customer payments and prepare bank deposits
• Assist with accounts receivable functions
• Support the accounting department with clerical tasks
• Maintain confidentiality of company and financial information
• Work within the AS-400 accounting system if needed

Requirements:
• Previous office administration or receptionist experience preferred
• Accounting experience required
• Accounts receivable experience required
• Experience handling deposits preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Experience with AS-400 is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to multitask and work independently
