Warehouse / Inventory Control Manager – 1st Shift

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring an experienced Warehouse / Inventory Control Manager for a growing company in South Fort Worth. We are seeking a detail-oriented leader with strong warehouse operations and inventory management experience who can help improve efficiency, maintain accurate inventory records, and oversee daily warehouse activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, storing, packing, and material handling
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and improve inventory accuracy
• Develop and implement warehouse and inventory control procedures
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency
• Coordinate inventory tracking and reporting using warehouse management systems
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed
• Assist with administrative reporting and inventory documentation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Warehouse Management and Inventory Control
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with warehouse management software
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Work Environment:

This position works in a busy warehouse setting and may include physical activity such as lifting, moving stock, cycle counting, and multitasking between warehouse operations and administrative duties.
