We're hiring a motivated and customer-focused individual to clean and sanitize trash and recycling bins at residential and commercial properties. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and using power-washing equipment, this job is for you.

• Pay Range: $20–$22/hour (based on experience)

• Hours: Part-time (20 hours/week), flexible scheduling 

• Location: Manhattan Beach, CA and nearby areas

• Start Date: Immediate openings available

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize trash and recycling bins using power-washing equipment.

• Work efficiently and meet time-sensitive deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Navigate residential neighborhoods and small commercial sites.

• Maintain equipment and keep cleaning area organized and safe.

• Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service.

• Record jobs completed and report any service issues.

Work Environment:

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions (heat, coastal fog, etc.).

• Fast-paced schedule—must be able to meet daily route deadlines.

• Physically demanding: includes lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Independent work with limited supervision once trained.

Skills & Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Knowledge of power-washing equipment and safe handling practices.

• Must be detail-oriented, punctual, and able to work independently.

• Friendly and professional attitude toward customers.

 Preferred Experience:

• Prior power-washing experience (residential, commercial, or vehicle).

• Customer service background — friendly and responsive communication is key.
