This company is looking for a dependable leader who can help keep shipping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates should be organized, safety-minded, and comfortable leading by example.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily shipping operations and workflow
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
Assist with loading, unloading, and inventory tasks
Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
Maintain warehouse safety and organization standards

Required Qualifications

Previous shipping or warehouse experience required
Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Steel-toed boots/shoes required
Strong attendance, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Forklift experience is a plus
Experience with shipping systems or inventory tracking
