Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute original menus based on needs, volume, and ingredients
• Perform daily food preparation following food safety standards
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all meals
• Manage kitchen organization, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
• Work independently while meeting production timelines
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

• Extensive professional chef experience (required)
• Demonstrated ability to develop menus independently
• Strong food prep, knife skills, and kitchen organization

• Clear background check required
