Salary: $17-20/hour

Our client in Coralville is looking for a Non CDL Driver/Driver Assistant!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily delivery of water softening equipment and 5-gallon water jugs to customers.
• Load and unload equipment and water jugs from the delivery vehicle, ensuring items are securely placed.
• Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time, typically 30-40 deliveries per day.
• Help install or exchange water softening equipment at customer locations as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by being polite, professional, and helpful with customers.
• Assist with maintaining accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.
• Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained and report any maintenance issues or concerns to management.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies while driving.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Non-CDL required).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Previous delivery or driving experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when needed.
• Ability to load, unload, and deliver equipment and jugs (up to 50 lbs).
• Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods during deliveries.
• Ability to drive for extended hours in various traffic and weather conditions

Hours:

• 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Monday – Thursday
• Temporary 7 Week Role (Could Vary)

Pay:

• $17 – 20/hour
• Pending Experience
