The Quality Manager is will ensure Company quality standards meet or exceed customer needs. This role is responsible for managing quality department staff.

Essential Duties

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Provide technical direction for execution of quality requirements.

· Manage plant quality process including receiving, inspection, in-process through final inspection, and documentation.

· Review methods for each job released. Prepare package to include SPC data collection, MIS, etc.

· Review and manage all non-conforming product including rejection notices, processing Scrap/Production record and data to complete DCD, SPC Programs and Data Entry Cards.

· Maintain instrument calibration program.

· Maintain the “Approved Supplier Program” to include audits and records

· Perform NDT Level III duties for X-Ray, Penetrant, and Visual inspection.

· Liaison for customer and third-party auditors for quality compliance.

· Maintain performance metrics.

· Train, coach and evaluate department staff.

· Sales order input

· Internal Audits

· Managing Quality System

Education

· Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience

· Trade Certifications Preferred
