Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Warehouse Pick & Pack Associates to support material handling and inventory operations within a manufacturing warehouse environment. This is an evaluation‑to‑hire opportunity, meaning strong performance and reliable attendance can lead to permanent employment with the client.

Key Responsibilities

Perform pick and pack duties with a strong focus on accuracy
Select, pack, and stage materials for production and shipment
Maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and data entry
Identify and correct inventory discrepancies, including reallocations
Organize materials and storage areas to maintain a clean, efficient workspace
Kit and stage materials required for manufacturing builds
Track inbound materials from vendors and support QA inspection processes
Assist with inventory tracking and shipping reports as needed

What We’re Looking For

Proven Pick & Pack and warehouse experience (required)
Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Good organizational and communication skills
Prior manufacturing or production‑support warehouse experience preferred
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
