Duties

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site
• Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies
• Perform manual labor such as dismantling, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects
• Support team members in executing project tasks efficiently and safely
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
• Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety standards are met

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
