Key Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL Class A commercial vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
• Transport goods to and from designated locations while meeting delivery schedules
• Load and unload freight manually or using equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, or forklifts
• Inspect cargo to ensure it is properly secured and protected
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and report any mechanical issues
• Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation in compliance with DOT regulations
• Follow all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers
• Provide professional customer service at delivery and pickup locations
• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of assigned vehicle
