Our client is a custom woodworking shop in Renfrew, ON, and they build cabinetry for high-end residential clients across the Ottawa Valley. Their work goes into some of the finest homes in the region. They have steady work, a loyal client base, and a team that takes real pride in what they build.

 

What's In It for You

• Pay rate: $24–$35/hr
• Company vehicle provided
• All tools and equipment supplied
• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Overtime paid after 44 hours/week
• Paid statutory holidays

This is pure installation — no fabrication, no project management, no split focus. You come in, install beautiful custom cabinetry in stunning homes, and take pride in a flawless result. That's the job.

• Install custom cabinetry in high-end residential homes across the Ottawa Valley (~150 km radius from Renfrew)
• Be the face of the company on-site — you'll deal directly with homeowners, so professionalism matters
• Work independently after onboarding — trusted to manage your day and deliver a great result
• Report to our Renfrew shop each morning before heading to site

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on cabinet installation experience
• High attention to detail — you hold yourself to a near-perfect standard without being asked
• Valid G driver's licence
• Comfortable dealing directly with high-end homeowners on-site
• Able to read a tape measure accurately — you'll show us this in person
• Cabinet-making background? That's a bonus, not a requirement

 

Working Environment

• A small team. There's no bureaucracy, no politics, and no micromanagement.
• Requires standing, walking, and heavy lifting
