A well‑established fencing and infrastructure contractor is seeking skilled CDL Drivers with hoisting licenses (2A & 1C) to join their installation team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on outdoor work, operating equipment, and contributing to safety‑critical construction projects across Massachusetts and New England.

Position Overview

As a Driver/Operator, you will support installation crews on a variety of projects, including fence installation, guardrail work, and material handling. This role involves operating machinery, transporting materials, digging holes, and assisting with installation tasks on active job sites.

Hours: Monday through Friday / 7:00am - 4:00pm

Pay Rate:  $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist installation crews with fence, guardrail, and related materials
• Use tools and machinery to dig holes, set posts, and move materials
• Load and unload materials between trucks and job sites
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

• Minimum age: 18
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift 45 lbs consistently and up to 95 lbs as needed
• Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to understand instructions in English
• Authorized to work in the United States
• OSHA 10 certification
• Valid DOT medical certificate
• Commercial Driver’s License (Class A or B)
• Hoisting Licenses: 2A and 1C
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening
