A well‑established fencing company is seeking motivated Fence Installation Laborers to join their growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, outdoor job sites, and contributing to high‑quality construction projects.

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing job sites for fence installation
• Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, assemble, and install fencing materials
• Perform heavy lifting and safely move materials such as posts, panels, and hardware
• Operate equipment including post drivers, concrete mixers, and other tools
• Support installation of concrete footings and framing for fence foundations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and work effectively with team members

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, carpentry, or related trades preferred
• Knowledge of frame carpentry, masonry, or concrete forming is a plus
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials throughout the day
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and general job‑site safety
• Experience in landscaping or hardscape installation is helpful
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
• Willingness to learn and grow within the trade
