Bilingual Credit & Customer Support Representative

3-Month Contract | Hybrid | Acheson, ON or Guelph, ON

$22–$24/hour

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Credit & Customer Support Representative to join their team on a 3-month contract basis. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while supporting both English and French-speaking customers.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, previous customer service experience, and the ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls and email inquiries in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct credit reference checks for new and reactivated customer accounts
  • Complete outbound reference calls (approximately 15–30 calls daily)
  • Provide bilingual (French/English) email support, including invoice copies and account statements
  • Contact customers regarding pending orders due to outdated credit card information using approved scripts
  • Support English credit reference checks as workload permits
  • Accurately update customer information and account notes within internal systems
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer and credit information

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written) required
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Previous credit or accounts receivable experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working within ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 2012
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
  • Location options: Acheson, Ontario or Guelph, Ontario
  • Equipment provided by the client
