Salary: $17.00 - $19.00
Payroll/HR Clerk/Part-Time Receptionist responsible for the following:
Phase 1:
• Answer Phones
• Order Supplies & Code Orders
• Stock Supplies
• Light Cleaning
Phase 2:
• Process payroll checks, weekly, make bank transfer, and tax deposits.
• Process Bank Deposit on daily basis.
• Code Invoices and process statements
Phase 3:
• Process new employee paperwork to include E-Verify and FL New Hire Reporting.
• Enter and maintain employee information.
• Maintain 401K, health and garnishment deductions and deposits.
• Verify employment.
• Submit any temporary hours to temp agencies.
• Maintain accurate records for vacations.
• Process EOM, Quarter, Annual Reports (941 FWH, FICA, 940 FUTA, UTC-6 SUTA, ALA WH, W2’s, ACA)
Minimum Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED certificate.
• Microsoft Excel© and Word©
• Above average organizational and communication skills. Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions; to make minor decisions in accordance with company policies; to maintain company records; and to meet and deal effectively with employees.
• Ability to work with computers and the necessary software used by the department.
• Reliable transportation

• Reliable Attendance
• Payroll Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
You'll spend most of your time in a comfortable office setting. Occasionally you may also:
• Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40 lbs., bend, stoop, reach above shoulder level, climb, walk, and stand.
