Location: Cookeville, TN
Pay: $18–$19/hr
Schedule: Full-time

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Machine Operator for a local Cookeville company. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials or parts as needed
• Monitor machines during production
• Check finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Make basic adjustments when needed
• Follow work orders and production instructions
• Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
• Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Basic mechanical ability is a plus
• Strong attendance and dependability required
