Job Overview – Moving & Packing Associate

As a Moving & Packing Associate, you will help pack residents’ belongings, move furniture and household items into storage pods, and later return all items back into the apartments after flooring installation is complete. This Moving & Packing Associate position is physically active and requires strong customer service skills and patience.

Responsibilities of the Moving & Packing Associate:

• Pack household belongings carefully and organize items for temporary storage
• Move furniture, boxes, and personal items into onsite storage pods
• Return furniture and belongings back into apartments after flooring work is complete
• Work respectfully and professionally around elderly residents
• Assist residents with care and patience throughout the moving process
• Maintain clean and organized work areas during the project
• Follow instructions from onsite supervisors and project leads
