Production Assembler

Located in Harvard, MA

Salary: $20-22/hr

We are actively recruiting for an Assembler for a manufacturing company in Harvard, MA. The responsibilities will be to assemble and test mechanical and electrical subsystems and components - training provided.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assemble various products / follow assembly procedures, resulting in less than 1% of reworks/returns through testing process
• Maintain high quality soldering standards
• Visually inspect parts during assembly
• Notify supervisor of defective parts or assembly issues
• Verify parts are correct in the build
• Recommend improvement and implement changes in assembly procedures
• Sand circuits for assembly, as needed

Requirements:

• High School or equivalent (GED)
• A minimum of 6 months assembly, with soldering experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and hand/eye coordination

This is a full-time position Mon-Fri from 7AM-4:00PM or 8AM-4:30PM. The pay is $20-22/hr depending on experience. If interested, please email jobs.actonma@expresspros.com or call 978-615-4221.
