Local AZ Driver (Dresden)

Salary: $30.00/Hour
Ontario-based construction and precast companies are seeking experienced and safety-conscious AZ Boom Truck Drivers to transport and deliver precast concrete products to commercial, industrial, and residential job sites throughout the region. This role involves operating a boom truck/crane, ensuring safe delivery practices, and maintaining compliance with provincial transportation and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate AZ boom truck for local delivery of precast concrete products and construction materials
- Safely load, transport, and unload materials using truck-mounted crane/boom
- Perform daily circle checks, pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with MTO regulations
- Ensure proper load securement and safe handling procedures at all times
- Deliver materials to active construction sites while maintaining professionalism with customers and site personnel
- Complete delivery paperwork, driver logs, inspection reports, and electronic logs as required
- Follow all company safety policies, CVOR requirements, and Ontario highway regulations
- Assist with yard duties and material handling when required
Qualifications:
- Valid Ontario AZ Driver’s License
- Clean driver’s abstract and CVOR record
- Experience operating boom trucks or truck-mounted cranes preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety
Wage: $30.00/Hour
