Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Tempe, AZ
Schedule: 40 hour week open availability 

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, maintain safety standards, and lead a team to meet productivity and accuracy goals. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals
• Monitor workflow to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Manage inventory control, including cycle counts and stock accuracy
• Coordinate with management and other departments to meet operational needs
• Handle employee scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and safety protocols
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one
• Experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations
