Refrigeration Technician

A local refrigeration contractor is seeking a motivated and dependable Entry Level to Journeyman Refrigeration Technician to join our growing team. This position involves traveling to customer locations to perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on refrigeration systems and equipment. We are looking for someone with strong mechanical ability, excellent customer service skills, and a solid work ethic.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay

• $28–45/hour DOE

Job Responsibilities

• Perform refrigeration service, maintenance, and repair work at customer locations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration equipment issues
• Safely and effectively use hand tools and power tools
• Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Complete service calls efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and standards

Qualifications

• Previous refrigeration, HVAC, or mechanical service experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Electrical experience is highly preferred
• Ability to read diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and hardworking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
