Medical Device Assembler

Located in Tustin, CA

Salary: $20.00 to $24.00/hour

Express Employment Professionals, Irvine is seeking a Medical Device Assembler for a third-party logistics company. This is a permanent, evaluation hire career opportunity starting at $20.00 to $24.00/hour. Hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

 

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical device components per work instructions and SOPs
• Perform visual and basic functional inspections
• Identify defects and escalate quality issues
• Perform minor troubleshooting and rework as directed
• Complete required production and quality documentation
• Assist with inventory counts, material handling, and organization

 

Requirements

• Prior experience in medical device assembly or regulated manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Consistent attendance and dependable work history
• Basic computer skills; ERP or manufacturing systems experience a plus
• Ability to handle small components and perform repetitive tasks
• Technical certificate or associate degree preferred
