Position Overview:

A growing company is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join their team. Candidates will work in both the receiving and shipping departments assisting with unloading trucks, stocking shelves, loading parts, and picking orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active throughout their shift and are comfortable working in a physically demanding role. Employees who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and attendance may have opportunities for advancement into Warehouse Clerk and Forklift Operator positions, which include opportunities for pay increases while working on assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Unload incoming trucks and assist with receiving materials and inventory
• Stock shelves and organize incoming product throughout the warehouse
• Pick orders accurately and prepare shipments for outgoing deliveries
• Load parts and materials for shipment
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment

Qualifications:

• Recent warehouse or manufacturing experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Must be comfortable with frequent bending, stooping, lifting, and physical labor
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with urgency
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
